July 3rd Sunday
Started to the front with two days light rations. Once days pork, two days beans and dried apples. Also issued a full ration of whiskey. Got through about six oclock. On my way back stopped ___ corps headquarters to get some paper approved for Capt. Douglas. Got in park about eleven oclock. Drew some _____ from the _____ commissary for ____ on the 4th of July.
