Got ready and started at eight this morning. Went about two miles. Crossed the city point and Petersburgh Railroad and parked about one mile from the commissary depot. Parked in a small field entirely surrounded by woods. The _____ are all put up and things ____ as though we was going to stay some time. Very warm and awful dusty.
