19th Friday
cloudy most of the day. about noon the supply train that was with the troops returned. they say the troops are at Charles town. About two oclock was ordered to take one days rations to the front but took two. Got started just at dusk passed through Halltown (WV) and crossed the railroad After going about three miles we turned of(£) the road for (?) the night and went about a mile. pulled up in a field and ed team was ordered to be watered and hook up immediately
