Dec. 6th Sunday. Clear but very cold today. Orders about moving counterrnanmeg . Headquarters tents moved into the barn where the Commissary is. Supply train went to the station and brought a days issue of soft bread and two days potatoes. The 1 whole division train has moved to where we are and there is a strong guard put around the train. 7th Monday. Clear and pleasant today but quite cold. It was very cold last night. I am helping make out the monthly papers today. Issued two days rations. Capt. Aaronson arrived today with ---- boxes.
