Nov 1st Sunday Clear and warm very pleasant today no business done had the day to myself. About noon the cen came up here. It is the first that they have been here yet. After dinner saddled my horse and went down to town. called on Milo Fletcher. got back about five o'clock. sold my case of tobacco. made about eight dollars on it. Last night the wind bolwed very hard and it was quite cold. Capt. Fith is unwell today. he has a very severe headache
