7th Friday Quite warm today showery in the afternoon. Issued one days rations. Nothing new around camp. In the afternoon the Captains tent and the office was moved up on top of the hill along side of the road. they are in a much nicer place now than before.
8th Saturday Very pleasant today Issued one days rations Issued soft bread. think that we will have it everyday for dinner today we had Roast beef, green corn and brush beans and tomattoes
