9th Thursday
In the evening Par and I
went out to get some berries and
while we was out the train got
orders to move. We soon caught
up to them. passed through
Middletown on the pike. park-
ed about noon near Bolivar
there is a tavern a mill and
three or four houses here
In the afternoon Far and I
went out again and I never
saw so many berries and cherries
the cheeries are the largest
that i ever saw. The supply
train came up from frederick
and went right on out to
the brigade. Miller went out
with it
