Clear and warm today The Govenor [sic] and staff went to the 28th Regt today. General Torbert started to Washington this morning on sick leave. The supply train went to the landing and brought up flour and potatoes. I went around to the regiments to notify the commissary sergents [sic] to draw one days potatoes. Issued two days rations today, about five o’clock orders came to move at daylight in the morning. business very brisk all day
