Feb 2nd Monday
It is very dull in camp. It is nice and clear today. I do not feel very well today. E.D. Anderson and Corporal C.C. Simpson came in from the regiment. They are both sick. It got very cold towards night
3rd Tuesday
the regiment came in to day about 12 o’clock M It is very cold today There is [illegible] two furloughs granted to a company. I have tried to get one don’t know yet wether [sic] i will get it or not. Inspection at five PM by HP book and aid de camp and Brigade Inspectors
