28th Sunday.
we had Inspection (Regimental) at 9 AM. during the day Job Woodruff Clark Lane and a good many of the sussex boys from the 27th came over to see us. John Campbell came with them. In the afternoon we all went to meeting the text was ecclesiastes twelveth [sic] chapter first verse. In the evening went to prayer meeting. Had dress parade at 5 PM.
