Nothing new today.
15th.
in afternoon drawed three days rations had orders to march in the morning. Capt. Simpson resigned and went home today also Capt. Hamilton. 16th. Reville [sic] at 5 AM. Commenced marching at half past seven passed through Greenwich. The country that we marched through was quite level but not very good land. We crossed the railroad near Calletts[?] station. We camped on a[sic] island near a large mill on cedar run the marching was very heavy today. We traveled fourteen miles. There was plenty of rabbits where we camped the boys would start them out and catch them while they were in the ranks. We camped about half past one PM
