30th Thursday
Order to take two days rations to the front and stay with the division ammunition ___ until the corps return. It is supposed they will be back tonight. Got out about four oclock. The second corps occupies the position held by the sixth yesterday. The train parked near the division hospital. About dark heard that the brigade was on their way and would arrive about two oclock. Very warm and dusty.
