Showers in the morning clear and pleasant overhead during the middle of the day. Very heavy showers in the afternoon. The teams(?) was ordered to hook up at daylight. Got started at eight oclock. Went to the ___ ___ drew one beef(?) killed and issued it. Sent two days rations to the front.
