May 10th Tuesday
Clear and very warm today. ____ in park all day. Send a wagon to the front to issue to the ____ corps and ____ to officer(?). Had a few ____ in here. Issued rations to the ____ hospital. Word was sent ____ that there was one killed and ten or eleven wounded in my company. About eight at night ___ ___ was all ordered to be hooked up ready to move. From appearances of things, I guess it was thought that we would be attacked. The cannonading on the left of our lines had been terrific(or terrifying). One continued for all day. About as heavy as I ever heard. The ____ stood to the wagon until twelve oclock and was then unhooked(?).
