26th Wensday [sic]
Clear and very pleasant
Supply train arrived from
the front. the troops are in
their old camps near cedar
Run. There is not supposed
to be any rebels around
except Guerrillas who are
as thick as Hops
27th Thursday
cloudy and light rains
the supply train came in
from martinsburg at night
orders for all teams (except
those that came in loaded
today) to go to martinsburg
in the morning. move
at half past six
