29th Monday
clear and very warm. was ordered to send two days Rations to the front the troops are at Charlestown Laming (?) and Slater went out (Wassnee (?) Capt. Convers(e ?) went out with the train very dull in camp

30th Tuesday
clear and very pleasant the wagons that went out last night got back about
two this morning. the regimental teams went out to night tomorrow is muster day
