Cool & pleasant In the afternoon went down to Harpers Ferry was shaved and had some ice cream Returned about six Pm Chaplain Eroudfit (Robert R.) formerly of the 2nd Nj Regt G (?) reported that our corps is up at winchester and are fortifying there Expect the whole train to move out tomorrow. Received a letter from Aunt Mary and one from Wm. Dewey containing photographs
