27th Wensday (Sic)
This morning I went
back about three (miles) from
Rockville after some of our
wagons that had upset
and was left along the
road last night.
passed through Clarkesburg.
and parked
hear (sic) Hyattstown
parked about six oclock
the troops camped just
ahead of us.
Issued two days Rations
got through about Eleven
oclock.
Received a letter from
Aunt Mary-
Waether very warm
