20th Friday. The weather is splendid, clear and warm all day. Our whole Corps was reviewed today by Genl Sedgwick accompanied by two french officers. It was a grand spectacle. Capt. Fith  was on the division staff. Genl Torbert had command of the Division. The supply train went to Brandy Station today they brought a days issue of soft bread and some potatoes. During last night my horse was taken sick with the cramps. The veterary surgeon gave him a dose of medicine. He is all right now.
