May 3rd Tuesday
Clear and pleasant today. In the morning issued one days ration. About noon orders came to e ready to move. Loaded up all of the wagons. Issued three days rations and did not get through loading the wagons until about eight oclock at night. The wagons are all very heavily loaded. Was very busy all day and quite tired at night. We are to move at four oclock in the morning.
