19th Tuesday
Clear and pleasant today. Issued three days rations. The 10th Regt arrived about 8 oclock at night. They are 7 ___ strong. Issued one day hard bread. Coffee + sugar. I then(?) made out the morning report.
20th Wensday
Clear and very pleasant today. Nothing issued today. Lent(?) 13 wages(?) after supplied today. Order + have(?) 16 days ration on hand. Received a letter from Maggie and one from Cousin Mary. Answered both.
