Oct 3d Saturday It cleared off very nice early in the morning. Almost to nice to continue long. Issued one days rations. today I stayed in the office to attend to officers orders while Johnny and Miller made out the monthly papers. drew a new __ today for to cover our stores. Expect to put it up tomorrow
4th Sunday Clear and warm today early in the morning we were ordered to move the park nearer the brigade got moved (about a quarter of a mile) and out up all of the tents and the big commissary fly. Expecting to remain sometime. had just got the tents up when orders came to move in the morning. Rumor says that we are going to mitchell station
