29th Tuesday Clear and pleasant today the nights are getting a good deal cooler. but it is \varm enough in the day time. In the evening Capt. Wheelan was presented with a saddle and bridle.whiskey lager and wine was served in plenty. It ended up as such things usually do. Capt Aaronson brought me a cap cost two dollars the brigade band came over and p1ayed some very nice pieces. at first but it got poor towards the end Expect to change park tomorrow. things begin to look as if we were going to stay here some time.
