Clear and very hot Sent my books to the regt and got them mended [ .] The 119th regt Penn Vols of 3rd Brig Four Div start for home in the morning
June 6 Tuesday
Cloudy and cool Potter went to Washington today Saw Lt. Bradford looks good[.] the 119 r egt Penn Vols. left for home this morning they were a happy lot of men
