Clear and warm today Supply train went to the Station and brought Hard tack coffee sugar and pork. Lent [sic] to the Station and bought some radishes onions and soft bread There is also fish there. Issued one day rations of Pork H Bread coffee sugar. There was a lot of rebel prisoners went past today They was in goverment [sic] wagons There is cavelry [sic] passing here Supply train are going out and coming in always guarded by two or three companies of infantry and one or two of cavelry [sic]. I beleive [sic] this is on account of the Gurrilla [sic] bands that rove around here. Seven rebel spies was Caught today about a mile and a half from here
