July 18th Saturday Clear and pleasant today Issued one days ration of park coffee sugar and hard bread part of the supply train went down to berlin and after loading they parked along with them that went dmm yesterday. Our division went down this afternoon we are to go in the morning. There was a load of bread came near the park today. They was selling it at ten cents a loaf and when there got a quite a crowd around the wagon they rolled on it and took every loaf that there was in it. received a letter from Elmer Adams. Went down to the brook swimming and put on clean clothes
