17th Friday
Cloudy but no rain all extra bagage [sic] and the wall tents of [illegible] officers was turned in to the Brigade quartermaster today part of the second regt and the first and third regts was paid today
18th Saturday
Weather pleasant today the twenty third and the fourth regts was paid today today i bought a watch for ten dollars and about two hours after i bought it, somebody picked it out of my pocket. This division was reviewed today by some swiss officers.
