18th Wensday [sic]
It froze some last night and is cloudy this morning Commenced a drizleing [sic] rain about noon and now at 9 AM it is raining very hard The train went to the landing today. Brought 6 portable ovens the Second Regiment was detailed with three days rations to work on the roads the third regiment went on picket today
19th Thursday
It has rained all day today, making it very muddy. Nothing new or interesting today
