Dec 20th Saturday
There was a mail today. I got a letter from mother Nothing new today. it is clear but very cold at night we drew five days rations.
Dec 21st Sunday
I wrote a letter form Ell Smith the sussex papers came in camp to day. they contain the trial and acquittal of G.M. Drake wrote to Mother and Uncle Sam in the afternoon we had regimental Inspection
