(10th Wednesday (Continued)) Brigade band did not play a national tune during the presentation. Our flag is made of blue silk with a gold fringe, a large spread Eagle in the center the words: E plur U bus Unim over the eagle. and under it was the fifteenth regiment Sargeant [sic] Hicks of Co A is color sargeant [sic]. There is eight corporals, fifth corporal James S. McCarter of Co I being one of them. There was a mail today.
