Clear and very pleasant today. the Supply train that went out on the 5th Returned today. Issued Yesterday. The troops were near Berryville There was a horse race today between cap Daniels horse and Liecit (?) Emmersons horse. They trotted on the ton (?) path just below Knoxville Capt. Daniels horse winning. nearly all the men in park was present
