Feb. 21st. Sunday.
Clear and warm today. Went to the second Regt. and to the picture
gallery. --:-~----=_Bryant of the third was thrown from his horse this morning
and broke his hip bone. Col. Campbell is to take command of the regtas
Col. Brown is away on leave of absence.
22nd. Monday.
Clear and very pleasant today. Issued two days rations soft bread
and four days potatoes. There is to be a grand supper in the first regt
tonight and a ball in the second corps. Three ambulance load of ladies
and gentlemen carne to our brigade today.
