11th, Monday.
Clear and very pleasant today. Issued two days rations. In the afternoon
went to the Regt and to the second Regt. Sutlers do not feel very well
today. Broke the ~ _• .: .; _._. out of my watch today.
12th, Tuesday.
Clear and very pleasant today. Went to the regiment and got a crystal
in my watch. There was eleven recruits came to my company today. Twenty
three for the regiment. Issued two days soSt bread today. Received a letter
from mother today. Answered it at night.
