Sept 1st Tuesday Clear and cool today Inspection of the wagon train again this afternoon at night went over to the regiment. Stayed untill tattoo. Issued one days rations.
2nd Wensday light rain in the morning but clear and pleasant the rest of the day. Issued one days ration. Sent my old diary home today by Capt Harrison.
