Arrived at aquia Creek about 12 M got on the boat and started at half past one. during the passage it showered very hard passed for t washington Mount Vernon. Stopped at Alexandria a few minutes went on to and arrived at Washington. went in an eating saloon and got three stews for which i paid thirty cents each.
